Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Standard orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement before cutting commences. To cancel, please email orders@priyeshi.com or WhatsApp our concierge with your Order Reference Number.

2. Gateway Refunds

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days following garment inspection.

3. Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Policy

Due to their custom individual nature, Made-to-Measure and customized bridal orders are eligible for complimentary size adjustments and alterations rather than direct returns.
