Terms of Service & Atelier Agreement

Effective as of August 2026

1. Handcrafted Character

Due to the authentic handwoven nature of silk and manual zari embroidery, subtle nuances in weave, color density, and gota placement may occur. These are hallmarks of genuine craftsmanship, not defects.

2. Pricing & GST

All prices displayed on the storefront are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST).

3. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from purchases or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
